Awarded in 1935 to Yelena Osipovna Uvarova (Елена Осиповна Уварова), Chairman of the ‘Spartak’ Kolkhoz for heroic labor, for successes in exceeding the grain harvest output norms by 100–200 percent

Awarded to Captain Lastovsky for exceptional bravery and leadership in the battles for Aulowönen, Wehlau, and Starkenberg [East Prussia], eliminating 200 enemy soldiers and officers. During the assault on Wehlau on Jan 22, 1945, his unit destroyed 21 machine guns and captured 10 artillery pieces and 18 vehicles. On Jan 25, he led a decisive flank attack on Starkenberg, swiftly overrunning enemy trenches and securing the city, during which he was severely wounded
