  • We actively monitor transactions for potential fraud and reserve the right to cancel any orders flagged as suspicious.
  • For transactions flagged as high-risk, we may request additional verification, such as proof of identity or address, before approving the transaction.
  • Transactions may also require additional verification steps (e.g., 3D Secure, one-time password) depending on risk level and regional requirements.

Customer Responsibility and Liability
Customers are responsible for securing their payment information and promptly reporting any unauthorized transactions to their credit card issuer. We are not liable for unauthorized use of credit card information unless fraud is confirmed due to proven negligence on our part or on the part of our payment processor.

Chargebacks and Disputes
To ensure fair dispute resolution:

  • Customers must contact our customer service team before initiating a chargeback to attempt resolution directly with us.
  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback initiated without first contacting customer service or for reasons beyond our control.
  • Unjustified chargebacks, such as disputes filed when the product was delivered as described or when issues could have been resolved through support, may lead to legal action to recover costs associated with the dispute.

Return Policy

Conditions for Returns: Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original accessories.
