Medal for the Liberation of Belgrade
Variation 2 with an U-shaped Eyelet
Made of brass. Measures 32.09 mm in width, 37.03 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 17.3 grams without its suspension.
This medal is in excellent condition with light overall wear and much of the original gold like luster still present. The details of the raised areas like the wreath and lettering are perfectly visible and both sides show few dings and scratches only. The medal comes with its time period brass suspension and ribbon.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Belgrade between 29 September and 22 October 1944.
