Order of Lenin #366356

Late ‘friendly face’ variation

Comes with a certificate of authenticity by Alexei “Nota Bene” Merezhko

Made of solid gold, platinum and enamels. Measures 44.70 mm in height, 38.34 mm in width and weighs 32.8 grams without its suspension. The stamped serial number and raised mint mark are located at the center of its reverse.

The order is in excellent condition, with no repairs and minimal wear. Details remain sharp, and even raised elements like Lenin’s bust show only minor dings and contact marks. The gray enamels are flawless; the red enamels are well preserved with just a tiny chip under the eyelet -barely visible to the naked eye. The reverse is similarly well-preserved, showing only minor contact marks. The double-layer steel suspension is original to the period, and the connection ring is intact and uncut.

The order comes with a certificate of authenticity by Alexei “Nota Bene” Merezhko

At the current gold value (May 2025), you’re essentially paying just for the gold content of the award
