The screwpost remains unshortened, and no repairs have been made. The order comes with its original period screwplate.

Brief, concrete description of his feat of arms or achievements:

In battles against the German invaders, he displayed bravery and courage.

On January 12, 1945, as a result of a well-planned artillery fire support operation, the advancing units successfully executed their assigned mission, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment.

Due to well-coordinated interaction with the 23rd Guards Rifle Division, the regiment provided fire support and cleared the way for advancing infantry by neutralizing enemy positions on the western bank of the river.

For his bravery and skillful coordination in battle against the German invaders, ensuring timely and well-organized cooperation with other military branches, he is deserving of the government award – the Order of the Patriotic War, 1st Class.

Commander of the 467th Guards Mortar Lviv Regiment
Guard Lieutenant Colonel Chernyavsky
