Awarded to IL-2 Pilot Ternovoy for extraordinary contributions during the Great Patriotic War, consistently demonstrating bravery, skill, and leadership across various missions on the Ukrainian front. He destroyed over 19 tanks, 144 vehicles, 15 fuel tank trucks and eliminated over 920 enemy soldiers and officers. None of the Red Banners are for long service
