A page on Partisan Rozhko can be found here although not much information on him is online. His files are not in the Russian Central Archive but may be available in Ukraine.
A Wikipedia page on his partisan unit can be found here
An interesting grouping purchased directly from the family of Rozhko. A group like this with both civil and military awards to a partisan will be hard to find. Especially with a Partisan Medal which is next to impossible to upgrade and has further research potential!
