During the offensive operations conducted by the regiment during the period from 26.07.1943 till 10.08.1943, comrade GAKH was present all the time among the combat formations and conducted political rallies and education in between the battles.
Being personally among the combat troops, he carried out 4 Communist committee meetings, during which 35 new members were admitted to the VKP(b) membership, thus creating plethoric Communist organisations in every rifle company of the regiment.
Despite constant combat activities, he constantly ensures the Communist organisations increases its ranks and active propaganda work is conducted among the personnel inspiring the troops to achieve their combat objectives. Comrade GAKH leads and inspires the troops for heroic feats by personal example. He commands well deserved respect among the personnel.

As the result of this effort, the local party organisation became a true helper to our unit commander.
