Order of the Red Star #1882746

Awarded to civilian Anastasia Vladimirovna Grigorieva (Анастасия Владимировна Григорьева)

For her strong performance in the hospital Spartakiads and upcoming front-level competitions, earning first and second place in swimming

Interestingly, Grigorieva worked as a physical therapist in a hospital, yet the citation doesn’t mention any medical-related activities

Relatively uncommon variation produced in the Moscow Platinpribor Factory (MZPP)

Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.52 mm in width, 46.28 mm in height and weighs 30.9 grams without its screwplate. The serial number is located at the 6 o’clock position and the mint mark on the 12 o’clock position of its reverse.

In worn but decent condition. The details are mostly visible and the raised areas of the center medallion show medium wear. The enamels are complete apart from a repair with epoxy on the 7 o’clock ray. This is done quite nicely and hard to see for the untrained eye. Its screwpost has no been shortened and the order comes with its time period screwplate.

Short translation of the research to the Red Star:

GRIGORIEVA A.V. works at the hospital as a physical training instructor. She is an active participant in all three sports competitions (Spartakiads) of the hospitals of MOP-99 and in the upcoming Front level sport championship (Spartakiad).
For taking first and second place in swimming and for her successful participation in the women’s gymnastics team, she has been awarded commendation certificates and valuable gifts.
She is deemed worthy of a government award — the order of the “RED STAR”.

Note: interestingly, Grigorieva worked as a physical therapist in a hospital, yet the citation doesn’t mention any medical-related activities
