For finding a captured power plant, restoring it to work conditions in an army tractor repair shops. During the relocation of the tractor workshops they were attacked by armed Germans. Private Petakhonov quickly took up the defense and killed an officer, the remaining five Germans were captured
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.40 mm in width, 45.84 mm in height and weighs 31.6 grams without its screwplate. The serial number is located at the 6 o’clock position and the mint mark on the 12 o’clock position of its reverse.
In a nice, above average condition with medium wear to the higher laying parts. The details are mostly visible and the enamels free and from chipping or repairs and show some small scratches on the 3 o’clock ray only. Its screw has not been shortened and it comes with its time period and well fitted screwplate.

Private PETAKHONOV in January found a captured power plant, restored it and adapted it to work conditions in army tractor repair shops, and put it into operation.
The adapted trophy unit increased the productivity of machine equipment of workshops by 20% in January and February. Simultaneously with the restoration of the power plant, in January and February of this year, Private PETAKHONOV repaired electrical equipment for 40 tractors ahead of schedule by 120 hours.
During the relocation of the tractor workshops on March 12, 1945, a group of armed Germans came out to the column of tractors. Private PETAKHONOV quickly took up the defense and killed one of officer from the first shots, the remaining five people were captured and disarmed handed over to the assembly point of prisoners of war.
He is devoted to the Lenin-Stalin Party and the Socialist Motherland. Private PETAKHONOV is worthy of a government award – the Order of the Red Star.
