Large ‘Jumbo’ variationÂ
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 37.9 mm in width, 51.3 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 37.1 grams without its suspension.
In nice condition with much of the original gold plating still present and its details crisp. The red, blue and white enamels are well preserved, only showing some minor contact marks and small dings. Its reverse is in equally nice condition and shows an appealing patina. The order comes with its time period suspension and ribbon and uncut connection ring.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
