Made of silver and enamels. Measures 38.42 mm in width, 49.73 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 35.4 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with much gold plating still present. The details are crisp and there have been no repairs. The red and blue enamel are very well preserved without flaking or repairs. The order comes with a time period suspension and old ribbon. Its connection ring has been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
