Made of silver and enamels. It measures 37.19 mm in width, 48.14 mm in height and weighs 35.5 grams without its suspension.
In nice condition with most gold plating present. The details are crisp and there have been no repairs. Both sides show relatively few scratches to the silver and the red, blue and white enamel is all present with minor contact marks only. The order comes with its original double layer suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
Its accompanying award booklet is in problem free condition.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
