For exceptional initiative and diligence in evacuating and preserving vital medical supplies under enemy air raids and ensuring continuous hospital support during wartime
Made of solid silver, gold and enamels. The order weighs 27.0 grams without its screwplate and measures 44.62 mm in width and 46.57 mm in height.
In excellent condition with crisp details and a nice patina to the silver on both sides. The red and white enamels are stunning and well preserved without chipping and repairs and show a few minor contact marks only. The order comes with a time period and well fitted screwplate and its screw has not been shortened.
Brief and specific description of the personal feat or merits:
On naval service since 1939 as Head of the Pharmacy of the Naval Hospital No. 41 in Anapa, and since 1 October 1942 she has not been in the rear, serving in Naval Hospital No. 41.
She displayed exceptional energy, initiative, and care in preserving state property during the evacuation of the medical and sanitary equipment of the training detachment from Anapa to the city of Batumi, under conditions of frequent enemy air raids on Anapa. She evacuated valuables (X-ray room, orthopedic instruments, laboratory equipment, microscopes, tools, and medications) without any losses. These supplies were then used to equip hospitals No. 46, 45, and 47, and to fully supply newly established naval bases of the Black Sea Fleet.
Continuing combat operations from 1941 through 1944–1945 and constantly supplying the newly opened Naval Hospital No. 41, Comrade Dmitrieva, despite difficult supply conditions, showed exceptional energy, initiative, and diligence both in preserving existing valuables and in the uninterrupted supply of the hospital with all necessary medications and equipment. She is hardworking, conscientious, and thrifty.
She is recommended for the award of the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd Class.
