Awarded to the Jewish member of the Leningrad Military Tribunal Brigade-Lawyer Efim Arkadievich Mozes (Ефим Аркадьевич Мозес)
He received some very low numbered awards among which an Order of the Badge of Honor #6096 and a medal for Combat Merit #5411. He was most likely involved with revolutionary activities as he was awarded a Medal for the 20th Anniversary of the RKKA
Made out of solid gold, platinum and enamels. Measures 43.08 mm in height including its eyelet, 38.30 mm in width and it weighs 32.1 grams without its suspension. The serial number and the mint mark are located on its reverse.
The order is in great condition despite a superficial enamel chip on the small red star. The chip does not distract from the overall appearance of the order. The gray enamel is perfect and the gold and platinum parts show few contact marks. All details are crisp and even the higher parts of the order show light wear only. Its connection ring has not been cut and the steel suspension is time period to the award.
