Recommendation for order “GLORY III CLASS”:

On 15 January 1945, in the combat operations near the settlement Byki, he courageously advanced forward towards the enemy positions and with the fire of his weapon suppressed enemy rifle and machine-gun fire, which allowed our infantry to close uninhibitedly to the enemy trenches. Being wounded, he continued firing his weapon uninterruptedly, which ensured success in this combat engagement. In this battle, comrade CHURIKIN eliminated 11 Fascist troops. He deserves to be bestowed with order “GLORY III CLASS”

Signed by the commander of 271 Guards rifle regiment
Guards Captain /KVYASHKOVSKY/
