Awarded Master Sergeant Pavel Silaevich Mikhnev (Павел Силаевич Михнев)
For being the first to rush into the German positions while under heavy enemy fire and eliminating 12 German soldiers in the process
Order of Glory 2nd class; Made of silver and enamels. Measures 47.30 mm in width, 49.25 mm in height and weighs 24.2 gram without its suspension. The serial number is located on top of its reverse.
This original order is in excellent, well above average condition with most gold plating present. The red enamels are problem free and all crisp. The higher laying parts of its obverse show light wear only and all details are still visible. The order comes with its time period double layer steel suspension and its connection ring has been cut.

“During the German defence breakthrough near the settlement Jeleśnia on 07 February 1945, he and his squad was the first to rush into the German positions, while under heavy enemy fire. By the fire of his submachine-gun, he eliminated 12 German soldiers and a light machine-gun. This enable further advance of his platoon.
Sergeant MIKHNEV deserves to be awarded with his second state award – order “Glory II class”.”
