Medal for the Liberation of Belgrade: made of gilded brass. Measures 32.09 mm in width, 37.67 mm in height, including the eyelet and it weighs 16.8 gram.
This beautiful medal is in excellent condition. The medal shows almost no wear and is free of substantial dings and scratches. All details are crisp, even on the higher laying parts like the wreath and ribbon. Most of the gold plating is present and the double layer steel suspension and its ribbon are time period to the medal.
Scarce to find, especially in this condition
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Belgrade between 29 September and 22 October 1944.
