Variation 2 with an U-shaped Eyelet
Medal for the Liberation of Belgrade: made of gilded brass. Measures 32.12 mm in width, 37.21 mm in height, including the eyelet and it weighs 17.9 gram.
This medal is in excellent condition with crisp details and much gold plating present. There are few dings and scratches and the double layer steel suspension is time period to the medal as is its old ribbon.
Beautiful piece and scarce to find
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Belgrade between 29 September and 22 October 1944.
