Soviet medal for the Capture of Vienna 1 WW2

Variation 1 with a separately soldered eyelet 

Medal for the Capture of Vienna: made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.13 mm in width, 36.77 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.1 gram without its suspension. 

This medal is in excellent condition with crisp details and much gold plating present. It comes with its time period double layer steel suspension and old ribbon.

Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Vienna between 16 March and 13 April 1945.
