Made of brass. It measures 32.09 mm in diameter, 37.47 mm in height including its eyelet and the medal weighs 17.2 grams without its suspension.
In excellent, above average condition with most details crisp and most of the original gold-like luster present. The double layer suspension is is time period to the medal.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the battle of Budapest between 20 December 1944 and 15 February 1945.
