This medal for Impeccable Service in the MOOP Uzbek SSR (Ministry of Protecting the Public Order in the Uzbekistan) is made of silver and gold plated brass. It measures 32.07 mm in diameter, 37.07 mm in height and weighs 14.7 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in great condition with all details crisp. The gold and silver plating is fully present and both sides show few traces of wear. Its suspension and ribbon are time period to the medal.
‘MOOP’ was a temporary substitute for the MVD during the 60s.
