Made of brass and enamels. Riveted two-piece construction. Measures 45.26 mm in height, 30.93 mm in width at its widest point and weighs 17.4 grams without its screwplate.
In excellent condition with all details crisp and light wear on the higher laying parts like the locomotive . The red and white enamels are mostly present with a small superficial chip on top only. It comes with its time period screwplate and its screw has not been shortened.
This badge was the highest award to railroad employees, equivalent of ‘Honored titles in other fields
