Soviet Guard’s Badge
Early Variation
This Guards Badge is made of gold plated brass and enamels. It measures 46.15 mm in height and 35.47 mm in width and weighs 17.5 gram without its screw plate.
This early Guards Badge is in nice condition. The red and white enamels are free of repairs but show several small dings and chips. A larger chip has come off from the center star, penetrating to the brass. The details are crisp and much gold plating is still present. The screw is full length and the badge comes with its original time period screwplate.
