Partisan Medal 2nd class with booklet
Awarded to Malvina Aleksandrovna Khakina (Мальвина Александровна Хакина)
Made of brass. Measures 37.66 mm in height including its eyelet, 32.29 mm in width and it weighs 16.1 grams without its suspension.
In excellent, above average condition with light overall wear and a beautiful patina to the brass. The lettering, hammer and sickle on its reverse and even the eyelashes of both Stalin and Lenin are still well defined. Both sides show few dings and scratches and its connection ring has not been cut. The medal comes with its time period double layer steel suspension and old ribbon.
Its accompanying booklet is in equally nice condition with all pages present and firmly attached to its cover. It is dated 8 April 1949 and numbered 021943
Online we found a personnel record card with some personal info on her online. She was in a partisan unit from December 1942 to March 1943. (link here)
