Awarded to Nikolai Alekseevich Platonov (Николай Алексеевич Платонов)
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 57.32 mm in width, 57.17 mm in height and weighs 63.3 grams without its screwplate. The mint mark “Monjetnij dvor” is located above the screw post in one curved line and the serial number ‘18006’ is positioned at the bottom of its reverse. The minimum known serial number awarded is 0043, the maximum is 140290. This early piece features a semi-mirror reverse which can be seen on the bottom part of the top part by the thin vertical lines.
This order is in excellent condition, featuring sharp details and an attractive silver patina on both sides. The blue and white enamels are flawless, with no repairs, chips, or scratches. The silver base shows only minor contact marks which don’t discract from the overall appeal of the order. Its screwpost is full-length and comes with its properly fitting, correct screwplate.
Its accompanying booklet is in problem free condition with all pages present and securely attached to the cover. The first page shows a picture of Platonov.
