Medal for the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945

Variation 3 with its flat and round eyelet struck as part of the medal

Awarded to Petr Ivanovich Podnogin (Петр Иванович подногин)

Made of brass. Measures 32.24 mm in width, 37.13 mm in height, including the eyelet and it weighs 17.5 grams without suspension. 

This medal is in excellent condition with most details visible and much gold-like luster present. The brass suspension is time period to the medal. It comes with its award document in problem condition. It is numbered Ч No 0109020 and dated 5 June 1946.

Awarded to Soviet service personnel who were on active service during The Great Patriotic War (Military service of 3 months or civil service of 6 months). Also awarded to some allied forces such as the post 9 September 1944 Bulgarian Armed Forces.
