Medal for the Liberation of Prague
Variation 1a with a separately soldered eyelet and less detailed rays and wreath on the obverse of the medal
Made of brass. Measures 32.24 mm in width, 37.50 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.1 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent, well above average condition with few traces of wear and crisp details. All of the original gold-like luster is still present and the medal comes with its time period double layer suspension.
Next to impossible to upgrade
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Prague between the 3 and 9 May 1945.
