Medal for the Liberation of Prague
Variation 1b with a separately soldered eyelet and more detailed rays and wreath on its obverse
Made of brass. Measures 32.16 mm in width, 37.65 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.0 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with most details visible and light to medium overall wear. There are several small dings and scratches on both sides but not distract from the overall appeal of the medal. The medal comes with its time period double layer suspension and old ribbon.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Prague between the 3 and 9 May 1945.Â
