Soviet medal for the Capture of Königsberg variation 2
Made out of gilded brass. Measures 32.16 mm in width, 37.20 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 16.9 gram without its suspension.
This medal is in excellent condition with light overall wear and all details crisp. There are several small dings and scratches but a fair amount of gold plating still present. The double layer suspension is time period to the medal.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Königsberg between 23 January and 10 April 1945.
