Medal for the Capture of Königsberg
Variation 1 with a separately soldered eyelet to the medal
Made brass. Measures 32.00 mm in width, 37.12 mm in height and weighs 17.2 grams without its suspension.
In nice overall condition with most details visible and medium overall wear. Much of the original gold luster is still present on both sides and the medal comes with a late soviet aluminium suspension.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Königsberg between 23 January and 10 April 1945.
