Medal for the Capture of Berlin variation 1
Made of brass. Measures 32.00 mm in width, 36.70 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.2 grams without its suspension.
This medal is in worn but presentable condition with most details visible. Its eyelet is slightly bent but not at risk of breaking. Both sides show several dings and scratches and the medal comes with a brass susepsnion.
The Medal “For the Capture of Berlin” was awarded to soldiers of the Red Army, Navy, and troops of the NKVD, direct participants of the assault and capture of the city as well as to the organizers and leaders of combat operations in the capture of this city.
