This Soviet medal for Impeccable Service in the MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) of the Republic of Lithuania is made of silver and gold plated brass. It measures 32.08 mm in diameter, 37.14 mm in height and weighs 16.7 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in great condition with all details crisp and most of the silver and gold plating still present. Both sides show few contact marks and its suspension and ribbon are time period to the medal.
