Early scarce round eyelet variation made of solid silver
Made of solid silver. Measures 32.16 mm in width and 3.01 mm in thickness. The height of the medal is 37.10 mm including the eyelet and it weighs 21.5 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with crisp details. It shows light wear only and even the details of the raised areas are perfectly crisp. The medal comes with its old brass suspension and its suspension ring has not been cut.
Scarce in silver
Awarded to members of the MVD for preserving public order; to all service personnel of the militsiya for courage shown during the liquidation of criminal groups and arrest of criminal; or for excellence in organizing and coordinating militia in combating crime or for selfless acts during the prevention of hooliganism/ alcoholism/ theft.
