Group of two Orders of the Red Star
Consecutive numbers!
Awarded to Guards Sergeant Ivan Petrovich Fedorenko (Иван Петрович Федоренко)
For destroying enemy troops and weapons with artillery fire in October 1944, and for bravery in East Prussia in February 1945, where he killed two enemy soldiers and captured weapons under heavy fire
Order of the Red Star #2069298
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.58 mm in width, 47.10 mm in height and weighs 32.4 grams without its screwplate. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post.
The order shows wear, with several dings and scratches to the silver and some chips to the enamel. Nevertheless, most details remain visible and the majority of the red enamel is intact, giving it a presentable appearance. The well-fitted screwplate is original to the period, and the screw has not been shortened. The screwpost shows signs of reinforcement (?), but as visible in the gallery images, the original silver solder is still present.
Order of the Red Star #2069299
