Made of brass and enamels. Measures 36.1 in height, 29.0 mm in width and weighs 13.5 grams without its screwplate.
In worn yet respectable condition for a 1940 piece. The details remain crisp, and some original gold plating is still visible. The white enamel is fully intact with no repairs, while the red enamel has a noticeable chip on the right side of the star but is otherwise problem free. The reverse retains most of its silver plating, now covered with an attractive patina. The screw is full length, and the badge includes its well-fitting original screw plate.
