Awarded to Colonel Nikolaj Andronovich Semeyonov (Николай Андронович Семейов)
His Order of Lenin was bestowed despite some strong criticism on his input and mismanagement. He was even dismissed from his position by the order of the Black Sea Fleet Commander

The group consists of the following items:
Order of Lenin #38438
Made of solid gold, platinum and enamels. Measures 42.97 mm in height including its eyel, 38.09 mm in width and weighs 33.3 gram without its suspension. The Leningrad mint mark Monetni Dvor and the serial number are located at its reverse.
This original order is in excellent condition with perfect enamels and crisp details. Even the higher laying parts of Lenin’s face show almost no wear. There have been no repairs and the double layer suspension is time period to the order. Its connection ring has not been cut.
Order of the Red Banner #136988
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 45.36 mm in height, 37.78 mm in width and weighs 27.0 gram. The mint mark Monetni Dvor and the serial number are located at the 6 o’clock position of its reverse.
In pristine condition with perfect enamels. The higher laying parts such as the center wreath and the torch have crisp details. Most gold plating is still present and its reverse shows an amazing lustre. There have been no repairs and the double layer suspension is time period to the order. Its connection ring has not been cut.
Order of the Red Banner #309277
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 45.61 mm in height, 37.68 mm in width and weighs 26.5 gram. The mint mark Monetni Dvor and the serial number are located at the 6 o’clock position of its reverse.
Also in pristine, near mint condition with perfect red and white enamels. The higher laying parts such as the center wreath and the torch have crisp details. There have been no repairs and the double layer suspension is time period to the order. Its connection ring has not been cut.
Order booklet
The order booklet is in great condition with all pages firmly attached to the cover. It mentions all awards above and an Order of the Patriotic War 1st class which is missing.
Beautiful pieces with very unusual research. Rare as such
Citation for the Order of Lenin:
He is unfit for his current position. During extended period of time, he exceptionally negligently executed his service duties. He exercised complete negligence and inactivity in the matters of preserving the ammunition stock, for which he was dismissed from his position by the order of the Black Sea Fleet Commander. Refrain from bestowing him with a state award

Citation for the Order of the Patriotic War 1st class (which is missing):
Since June 1941 till now, colonel comrade SEMYONOV has been the head of the artillery section of the Kerch, Novorossiysk, and Ismail Navy bases.
In the dire period, when the enemy was approaching the Kerch and Novorossiysk, comrade SEMYONOV uninterruptedly supplied the vessels and the land units with the artillery pieces and equipment, rifle weapons, and ammunitions. During the evacuations of the rear units of the Kerch and Novorossiysk Navy bases, comrade SEMYONOV evacuated all the armament, equipment, and ammunitions without any losses.
On the recurrent capture of the town of Kerch, comrade SEMYONOV uninterruptedly supplied the vessels and the land units with weapon systems and ammunitions. There has never been a single disruption in weapon deliveries. Especially the landing crafts and units were properly supplied.
After he was relocated to the position of the Head of the artillery section of the Ismail Navy base of the Danube Flotillia, comrade SEMYONOV began his tireless work for providing the weapons and ammunition to the entire force of the Danube Flotillia.
It is the Ismail artillery depot, that is the main hub for resuppluing the whole flotilla force with weapon systems and ammunition.

Comrade SEMYONOV established here strict stock discipline across the whole range of military supplies. Comrade SEMYONOV has been working tirelessly during the entire course of the war.
Comrade SEMYONOV is disciplined, tempered, and gallant colonel.
Comrade SEMYONOV fully deserves state award.
