For leading an anti-tank rifle platoon in multiple engagements, including being the first to break into enemy trenches, eliminating enemy personnel and positions, supporting the advance of Soviet units under fire, and continuing to fight despite being wounded. He personally killed 15 German soldiers, including an officer
Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class #488874 with order booklet
Made of solid silver, gold and enamels. The order weighs 26.2 grams without its screwplate and measures 45.08 mm in width and 46.58 mm in height.
In excellent, well about average condition with all details crisp and a nice even dark patina to the silver on both sides. The red and white enamels are fully present and very well preserved without repairs and chipping. The solid gold hammer and sickle is firmly attached and original and the order comes with its time period screwplate and uncut screwpost.
Its accompanying order booklet is problem free condition with all pages present and firmly attached to the cover. It mentions this Order of the Patriotic War alone.
Order of the Patriotic War 1st class #495035 (1985 jubilee) with booklet
Made of gold plated silver and enamels. The order weighs 27.1 grams without its screwplate and measures 44.51 mm in width and 46.44 mm in height.
In superb condition with all details crisp and stunning enamels. All of the gold plating is still present and there have been no repairs. The order comes with its time period screwplate and its screw is full length.
Its booklet is in excellent condition and shows the matching number of the award.
Medal for Bravery #644038 with medal booklet
Made of solid silver. The medal weighs 27.5 grams without its suspension and measures 37.29 mm in width and 42.07 mm in height.
In worn but decent condition wit an even dark patina on both sides. Almost all of the red lacquer is worn off but most details are still crisp. Its connection ring has not been cut and there have been no repairs.
Medal for the Defense of Stalingrad with document
Made of brass. The medal weighs 17.5 grams without its suspension and measures 32.14 mm in width and 37.27 mm in height.
In nice condition with several dings and scratches but most details still visible. Its connection ring has not been cut.
Its document is in used condition but all information is still perfectly readable. It is dated 8 June 1944 and numbered Л 22927.
Medal for the Defense of Kiev with document
Made of brass. The medal weighs 16.6 grams without its suspension and measures 32.12 mm in width and 37.02 mm in height.
In excellent condition with crisp details and relatively few dings and scratches. Much of the original gold like luster is still present.
The document is in problem free condition and dated 24 October 1967 and numbered 282716.
Medal for the Victory over Germany with document
Made of brass. The medal weighs 17.2 grams without its suspension and measures 32.09 mm in width and 36.54 mm in height.
In excellent condition. Its accompanying document is oi worn but decent condition and numbered Ж”0078050
Citation for the Order of the Patriotic War:
Zakrevskiy Petr Feofanovich, Guards Senior Lieutenant, commander of the anti-tank rifle platoon of the 109th Guards Rifle Regiment, 37th Guards Red Banner Rechitskaya Rifle Division.
On June 24, 1944, near Chernin, his platoon supported the advance of Soviet units. Though lightly wounded, he remained in battle. On June 25, near Slobodka, his platoon set fire to a house occupied by enemy scouts. He personally killed four German soldiers but was wounded again and evacuated to a field hospital.
He is recommended for the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd Class.

Zakrevskiy Petr Feofanovich, Guards Junior Lieutenant, commander of the anti-tank rifle platoon of the 109th Guards Rifle Regiment, 37th Guards Red Banner Rechitskaya Rifle Division.
During the night of January 12–13, 1944, in the forest northwest of the village of Koshit, his platoon was the first to break into enemy trenches. Using grenades, machine-gun fire, and anti-tank rifles, they eliminated around 30 German soldiers, destroyed 4 enemy firing positions, damaged a truck, and cleared the highway for advancing Soviet troops.
In this brief but intense battle, he personally killed 11 German soldiers, including an officer.
He is recommended for the Order of the Red Star. [later downgraded to the Medal for Bravery]]
