Awarded to Senior Technical Lieutenant Yakov Moiseyevich Oleinik (Василий Михайлович Киселев)
For his skills in supplying the regiment with fuel and lubricants in a timely fashion and organizing repairs of vehicles that had been put out of action during combat. As a result he greatly assisted the regiment in accomplishing its objectives
Made of solid silver, gold and enamels. The order measures 43.50 mm in width, 45.51 mm in height and weighs 27.5 grams without its screwplate. Its serial number and mint mark are located on the bottom of its reverse.
In decent condition with most details visible and medium overall wear to the silver base. The red and white enamels are problem free without repairs but show several dings and scratches. It comes with its original, time period screwplate and its screw has not been shortened.

Serving as assistant regimental commander for technical matters, Senior Technical Lieutenant Oleinik exhibited bravery and skill in supplying the regiment with fuel and lubricants in a timely fashion. Throughout the period of offensive operations the regiment did not experience disruptions in fuel supply. Additionally, he organized repairs of vehicles that had been put out of action during combat in a timely manner, thus greatly assisting the regiment in accomplishing its objectives.
Conclusion: Senior Technical Lieutenant Oleinik deserves the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd Class.
