Order of the Red Star; Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.03 mm in width; 46.39 mm in height and weighs 29.6 gram. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post. The minimum known serial number is 3084250 and the maximum is 3746708.
This original order is in pristine condition with all details crisp. The red enamel is flawless without any dings or scratches. The obverse shows a beautiful dark toning and its screw has not been shortened. The nut is time period.
The Order of the Red Star was given to Red Army and Navy personnel for exceptional service in the cause of the defense of the Soviet Union; in both war and peace. Also awarded for 15 years of service prior to the creation of the long service awards.
