Made of silver and enamels. Measures 40.82 mm in width, 46.96 mm in height and weighs 36.0 grams without its suspension.
This order is in excellent condition with crisp details and few traces of wear. The enamels are fully present and problem free without chipping, flaking or repairs. Both sides show a few small dings and scratches and a fair amount of gold plating is still present. Its suspension and ribbon are authentic to the order and its connection ring has not been cut.
Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.Â
