Voroshilov Marksman badge, NKVD issue #36742
This badge is made of silver- and bronze plated steel and enamels. It measures 53.04 mm in height, 44.86 mm in width (at its widest point including the banner) and weighs 14.7 grams without its screwplate. Its serial number can be found at the bottom of its reverse.
The badge is in a superb, well above average condition with all details crisp. Even the raised parts like the rifleman show their details perfectly well. Both the red and white enamels are extremely well preserved and without repairs with some minor contact marks only. Its screw has not been shortened its screwplate is time period to the badge and fits well.
Beautiful and rare badge. Next to impossible to upgrade
