For suppressing 3 enemy firing positions and killing 9 German soldiers at the German-Polish border
Order of the Red Star; Made of silver and enamels. Measures 47.97 mm in width; 46.05 mm in height and weighs 30.7 gram. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post. The minimum known serial number of this less seen variation is 2914930 and the maximum is 3083725.
This original order is in pristine condition with all details crisp. The dark red enamel is absolute beautiful without any dings or scratches. Its screw has not been shortened.
The award comes with its original booklet which mentions this Order of the Red Star alone. It was handed out together with the Red Star in 1952 even though the Red Star was awarded in 1945!
