Order of the Red Star #2616080
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.36 mm in width, 45.88 mm in height and weighs 32.1 grams without its screwplate. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post.
In excellent condition with most details visible and light overall wear. The red enamel is well preserved with a few contact marks only. Its screw has not been shortened and the order comes with a late soviet nut which fits well.
The Order of the Red Star was given to Red Army and Navy personnel for exceptional service in the cause of the defense of the Soviet Union; in both war and peace. Also awarded for 15 years of service; prior to the creation of the long service awards.
