Order of the Red Star #1880351

 

Awarded to civilian cook Fedor Nikolaevich Kulakov (Федор Николаевич Кулаков)

 

For providing the wounded with delicious, varied, and healthy meals. He prepared individual meals for the severely wounded, aiming to satisfy their food preferences

 

Relatively uncommon variation produced in the Moscow Platinpribor Factory (MZPP)

 

 

Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.07 mm in width, 46.31 mm in height and weighs 28.9 grams without its screwplate. The serial number is located at the 6 o’clock position and the mint mark on the 12 o’clock position of its reverse.

 

In worn condition with a medium to dtrong wear tot the raised details of the center medallion. The enamels are generally in decent shape without repairs but show several dings and scratches. Its screwpost has no been shortened and the order comes with its time period and screwplate.
