Soviet Order of the Red Star #1783487
This order is very nice condition. It shows some small dings and scratches and the common seen wear on the higher parts of the soldier. The enamels are problem free and the order comes with its time period screwplate.
Most likely awarded at the very end of the war. Nice research potential!
The Order of the Red Star was given to Red Army and Navy personnel for exceptional service in the cause of the defence of the Soviet Union in both war and peace. Also awarded for 15 years of service prior to the creation of the long service awards.
