Made of silver and enamels. Measures 49.99 mm in width, 48.82 mm in height and weighs 28.9 grams without its screwplate. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post.
In worn condition. The higher laying parts like the soldier show medium to strong wear although the lettering around the edge is still perfectly readable. The enamels on the 7 and 9 o’clock ray of the red star are damaged and show substantial loss. The other arms are problem free with some dings and minor chipping. The screwplate is of a later period the screw has not been shortened.

Technician-lieutenant Moiseev, working as the head of the auto repair workshop of the division, showed initiative, inventiveness and resourcefulness in the repair and maintenance of vehicles. Comrade Moiseev is at the same time the commander of the park subdivision of the Tsivizion, the personnel of which, thanks to the correct guidance, ensures the trouble-free operation of the auto-tank spot, in due time relocates the tsivizion over long distances. Auto transport is kept in good condition. The personnel of the park division is knocked together and purposeful, capable of completing any difficult task.
For excellent work, initiative and ingenuity Comrade Moiseev deserved to be awarded with the Order of the Red Star
