Made of silver and enamels. It measures 37.48 mm in width, 48.17 mm in height and weighs 35.6 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with full gold plating and perfectly preserved details. The red, blue and white enamels are without repairs and show some minor dings only. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with a late soviet aluminium suspension.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
