Made of silver and enamels. Measures 37.12 mm in width, 47.56 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 36.1 gram without its suspension.
In great condition with problem free enamels and much gold plating present. The details are all visible although there are several scratches and contact marks. Its double layer suspension and ribbon are time period to the order and its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
