Made of silver and enamels. Measures 36.83 mm in width, 47.41 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 36.2 grams without its suspension. The minimum known serial number for this sub-variation is 379839 and the maximum 419969.
In great condition with most gold plating present and a medium patina to the silver. The details are all crisp and there have been no repairs. The blue, red and white enamels are well preserved without repairs or chipping. The order comes with a double layer suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
